The core digital team of one of the UK’s largest banks drives innovation across their digital products. Tasked with uniting multiple teams under one shared vision, we launched a comprehensive culture campaign, featuring a brand film, a company-wide event, and supporting communications to energize the team and align them toward a common goal.

Igniting possibility and building a unified team

Our challenge was to bring eight diverse teams together under a cohesive vision. We developed the concept of "powering possibility," emphasizing the team’s role in leading digital innovation and driving positive change across the bank. This vision was supported by a distinct sub-brand, rolled out through launch decks, posters, workbooks, and a powerful brand film, all maintaining ties to the bank’s identity while introducing a fresh, dynamic feel.

The people powering possibility

At the heart of the transformation were the people. The real drivers of change. To reflect this, we put them front and center in the campaign. We conducted photo and video shoots across various offices, capturing portraits and stories that celebrated the individuals behind the digital transformation. These visual assets humanized the campaign, bringing the concept of "powering possibility" to life.


Launching a new vision for the future

The campaign culminated in a launch event in London, attended by around 100 leaders. We presented the new vision with branded workbooks, swag, and the premiere of the brand film, which received a round of applause. I was on-site to capture the day, and we produced a highlight reel showcasing key moments from the event, leaving the team inspired and aligned for the future.
