Elevating Andrews’ employer brand to attract top talent

Andrews Property Group needed to reduce recruitment costs and improve retention. With 50 branches and 700 employees, they sought to attract candidates who could embrace change and align with their brand promise. We developed an employer brand and careers website that transformed their hiring process, leading to lower costs and better retention.

The Spirit of Andrews

We created the Employer Value Proposition, ‘The Spirit of Andrews,’ to capture the essence of their team. We worked with Andrews to identify qualities that best defined their staff. Traits that would resonate with prospective employees who fit and thrive in the evolving company culture. These adjectives became key visual elements, paired with portraits of real employees, crafting a human-centric identity that spoke to Andrews’ values.

A different kind of careers site

To bring the employer brand to life, we designed a careers site that broke away from the typical format. Using a side-navigation layout with a ‘slideshow’ effect, we created a visually engaging, user-friendly site that offered candidates a unique experience from the moment they arrived.


A day in the life of Andrews

To give candidates a glimpse into the work culture, we produced a ‘day in the life’ film featuring Cameron, a Senior Sales Negotiator. The film highlighted the dynamic and supportive team environment at Andrews, providing a relatable behind-the-scenes look at how employees impact their clients. Shared across Andrews’ internal and external platforms, the film helped potential candidates see themselves as part of the team.
